IIMB PGP 2007 Admission Criteria

Interesting stuff to note:

1. Acad scores are actually normalized! - Blame all the toppers of you univ who might have applied!
2. Work-ex quality is taken into consideration! - Not good enuf if u r just 'another' SW engineer!! .. put fight...get into the RnD divsion, get into Biz dev... be it, even change companies to get away from the Infy/Wipro/CTS/TCS tag!
3. Equal weightage is given for GD summary as to the actual GD...so don't just go yapping without listening to wot everyone is talking about!!
4. Acads are IMPORTANT! - So any 9th graders who are reading this... please study well for 10th, 12th & ur undergrad :) ... i.e. if u want to get into IIMB

Romantic movies is one genre i'm a big fan of. But then very rarely do you come across truly romantic movies which so subtly pulls you into it and enthralls you with its magic.

No time to stand and stare

The worst part of the IIMB system... or the 'rigor' if you may call it is that it makes you a robot and sorta controls you. The only thing that you can think about is acads.... what is the next thing to study, when's the next project meet, when's the next quiz, are there any submissions.... the only difference between this and the real biz world is that in biz, u r thinking about biz and at IIMB u r thinking about acads. You hardly notice the seconds ticking by, the days passing by, the months...

To get a few minutes to sit back, stare against the wall and to think about how you made it to this place is sheer bliss in itself.
