My kinda breakfast

1 small cup of museli mixed with cornflakes and just enough milk to soak them
1 glass of orange/mixed fruit juice
2 slices of wheat bread with a slice of low fat cheese
1 slice of white bread dabbed with 1/2 a spoon of nutrela
1 semi-fried egg with salt and pepper
1/2 apple

Gives you the right quantity of carbs, vitamins, proteins & fibres. The beauty of it is that it takes only around 15 mins to prepare this breakfast!
